GUIDANCE FOR THE JOURNEY AHEAD

For more than two decades, I worked in senior finance roles at the World Bank, leading cross-cultural teams and navigating complex challenges across continents. I led teams through several reorganizations and institutional shifts, bringing grounded, strategic leadership that influences how I coach today. I hold Master’s degrees in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego. Along the way, I also worked with a range of U.S. federal government, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations—work that has shaped my deep belief in service, empathy, and purposeful leadership.

Coaching is the next chapter of that journey. I have an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University—training that strengthened my ability to support and develop effective leaders. I especially enjoy supporting women and professionals in transition—those seeking clarity, direction, or simply space to reflect and consider what’s next with intention, clarity, and confidence.

My goal is to help you navigate change, make aligned choices, and move forward with purpose.

Volunteer Work

I have volunteered with several organizations focused on mentorship and career coaching. I have mentored students planning their careers and job searches, helping them identify their strengths, set achievable goals, and navigate the complexities of the job market. My work has also included career coaching for survivors of domestic violence and disadvantaged women, providing them with the tools, confidence, and support they need to pursue meaningful careers. Through these experiences, I have deepened my belief in the power of service, listening, and long-term impact.
